On the 25th of November 2008 the Business School Memmingen invited regional CEO’s , company owners and human resources managers to attend to two lectures on the topic “Change Management“ at the historical “Kreuzherrensaal” in the centre of Memmingen The first guest speaker Prof. Dr. Achim Weiand from the University of Hof, showed how processes of change have been successfully realised in a number of well-known German companies. In the second lecture Mr. Christian Bahner, (managing partner of “Zweisicht”), talked on the necessity for strategic conflict management for successful company change management. Due to the large audience ( 60 participants), the event was a great success. You can download the texts for both lectures from our web site.
