Our practice oriented study programmes aim especially at companies wanting to recruit highly qualified personnel. Your company informs the Steinbeis Centre of Management and Technology of the project specifications and thereby gains access to the international fellow pool of the Steinbeis Centre of Management and Technology. Here your company has the opportunity to recruit and try (junior) executives within a limited and result-oriented project.

Provided that all admission requirements are met, it is also possible to admit fellows from your own company. Our study programmes offer an ideal possibility to qualify promising young professionals for further responsibility. At the same time, the programme ties the employees to your company and also fosters their identification with your company.

The Business School Memmingen selects up to 50 Fellows from all technical and commercial qualified jobs. According to the project specification, the Steinbeis Centre of Management and Technology presents several suitable fellows to your company. The fellows are then chosen in agreement with your company.

In addition we select in cooperation with SCMT, one of the leading institutes of the Steinbeis University Berlin, more than 700 fellows in the field of the master programme. Please contact us – we would be glad to advise you.
