Programme Structure

The duration of study programme normally will be three years. In addition to the project work, there will be concept related seminars offered by the Steinbeis University. An essential part of this programme is the -company integrated project. Students work on a topic relevant for the company the proceedings and project results are documented in the Bachelor Thesis. The transfer of managerial theories and tools into practical and valuable solutions for the companies are seen as one of the key skills to gain excellent transfer-competency.

The concept-related study programme combines a number of different modules. There are 60 per cent basic modules and 40 per cent consolidation modules. One module consists of 3 to 8 seminar days and requires the compilation of a Transfer-Documentation-Report.

The teaching language is German, but some seminars are held in English as well.

On successful completion of this programme, Steinbeis University Berlin will award the degree "Bachelor of Arts of Business Management" or "Bachelor of Arts in Business and Engineering" or "Bachelor of Engineering" (depending on specialisation). Steinbeis University Berlin has been nationnally acknowledged since 1998.
