Programme Structure

The study programme normally requires three years. In addition to the project work, conceptual contents are taught in seminars at the Steinbeis-University Berlin. An essential part of this programme is the in-company project. Students work on a relevant topic within a partner company documenting their proceedings and results in the Bachelor Thesis. This transfer of managerial theories and tools into practical and valuable solutions for companies is key to acquiring excellent transfer-competency.

The conceptual part of the studies is a combination of various modules. 60 per cent of the studies are composed of basic modules, 40 per cent of consolidation modules. One module takes 3 to 8 seminar days and requires the development of a Transfer-Documentation-Report.

Every student creates a seminar paper as his first scientific work, and a project report. The Bachelor Thesis is the assignment where a solution for a practical issue is phrased.

The teaching language is German, but some seminars are held in English.
