Foreign market development with E-Commerce
Task:
To secure the future of the company it became necessary to open up new markets. Since the main focus of the project was low risks and low costs Gefro decided to develop the European market with E-Commerce.
Methods:
- Lay-down the success factors for foreign market development with E-Commerce
- Analyse general conditions and current situation of the Gefro Refromversand Frommlet KG company
- Compare the different countries with respect to their pro’s and con’s for realisation of the general conditions
- Find the best market for Gefro and define a concept for development
- Implement the concept
Results:
Find a concept for the development of foreign markets with E-Commerce followed by the comparison of markets available. After finding the target-market, start to develop the new market.
Benefits:
The planning of the development took place within the Bachelor Thesis. After completing the research an immediate start with the development of the foreign markets will be possible.. Furthermore there will be a process definition available for orientation for any future market developments..
